I'm very grateful, this was a really fun learning experience. The model went from almost 5mil triangles to 21,7k triangles / 10,9k vertices!

Unreal Engine 4 setup - it was fun figuring how to simulate physics through joints, add joint slots for the staff and incorporate an idle animation from Mixamo.
